ABSTRACT  
 The researcher interview to identifying and appraise the financial contribution o f the international bank for reconstruction and development to the growth of the agricultural sector of Nigeria.
Chapter one of this study will contain introduction which includes background of study statement of the study objective of the study significance of the study.
Chapter two views the research on the review of related literature based on conceptual  and actual research work of many authors published reports etc.
Chapter three was devoted to an outline of the research design data collection  method.
Chapter four will contain a quantitative analysis and interpretation. Data gathered from the questionnaires will be analyzed and interpreted while the result obtained from the analysis were tested and interpreted.
Finally chapter five will summaries the various finding by the conclusion draw based on the summary and recommendation
